Main Purposes for Preserving and Using Personal Data
The Company will collect and retain personal data related to the application, renewal, use and redemption of products and services from customers

(ii) Ensure your continued good standing;
(iii) Provide and process the daily operations of the Services, including but not limited to customer service, transactions and balance inquiries, merchandise purchases and ATM withdrawals;

The Company contacts the cardholder via the phone number, address, email or other means provided by the cardholder. If the cardholder changes any information, the Company must be notified immediately.
Your personal information
Depending on the products and services you apply for/purchase and in certain circumstances, we may collect and retain a range of different information about you in order to provide you with products and services and the purposes and use of personal data set out in the “Main Purposes for Retention”. Personal data includes, but is not limited to, the following information and copies thereof (where applicable):
(i) your full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, identification number as registered on your personal identification document (e.g. passport, identity card, travel document);
(ii) your contact information, including name, telephone number, email address, residential address, correspondence address;
(iii) information on the use of products and services, such as transaction information for purchases and cash withdrawals.
Providing us with your personal data is optional. However, if personal information is required for the approval and/or processing of the products and services you apply for/purchase, failure to provide the required personal information may result in our inability to provide you with the relevant products and services.
By purchasing or using KINGS UNITED PREPAID CARD, the cardholder agrees that the Company and third parties may collect and use the cardholder’s personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions. At the same time, the cardholder authorizes the Company to make any inquiries that the Company deems necessary, directly or through third parties, to verify and/or authenticate the cardholder’s identity and information, including but not limited to:
(i) requesting the cardholder’s identity document, personal/company information and other relevant information and/or documents;
(ii) verifying the authenticity or ownership of the cardholder’s email address, phone number, bank account;
(iii) obtaining and verifying the cardholder’s identity and information from third-party databases or other data sources.
When the cardholder confirms the purchase or use of KINGS UNITED PREPAID CARD, the cardholder agrees that the Company will submit his/her personal data to the United States and/or overseas regulatory agencies, and the cardholder’s personal data may be used by the relevant regulatory authorities.
Personal data collection channels
The Company will collect, use, process and store the cardholder’s personal data, and the Company’s authorized sales agents or joint partners will collect and submit the cardholder’s personal data to the Company on its behalf. The Company and its authorized sales agents or joint partners will keep the cardholder’s personal data confidential in accordance with privacy regulations and policies. The Company collects personal data from channels including but not limited to:
(i) directly from customers;
(ii) from third parties, such as brand partners;
(iii) publicly available information sources;
(iv) records of our customers using products and services.
Information Collected During Website Visits
Unless otherwise stated, the Company does not collect any personally identifiable information about visitors to this website. Only the visitor’s IP address and the pages visited by the visitor are logged. Such information will be used to prepare aggregate information about the number of visitors to the website and general statistics about website usage patterns.
Security of Personal Data
The Company is committed to protecting all personal data, including limiting access to information to authorized employees only, allowing access to personal data for the purposes listed in this statement under “Primary Purposes for Preserving and Using Personal Data”, providing high-security storage facilities, and implementing security measures for data storage devices. Retention of Personal Data
Customer Personal Data will not be retained for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the Personal Data was collected or to comply with legal, regulatory and accounting requirements from time to time. We will destroy your Personal Data in our data storage systems in accordance with our internal policies when retention of the data is no longer necessary based on the above criteria.
Disclosure of Personal Data
Personal Data held by the Company will be kept confidential, but the Company may disclose it to All In Fintech Limited. Your personal data will not be disclosed to parties other than the United States (inside or outside the United States) for the “primary purpose of preserving and using personal data.
Unless prohibited by law, the Company will transfer, disclose, process and store its personal data to the Company’s holding companies, subsidiaries, representative offices, agents and other third parties designated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as transferees), and the transferees may be located in other locations other than the purchase point, including the United States and/or outside the United States, and the cardholder’s personal data Will be used in accordance with privacy regulations and policies. Except as provided below, the transferee will only use the cardholder’s personal data for internal purposes (such as data processing, statistics, credit and risk analysis), and the Company will enter into a contract with the transferee requiring the transferee to take reasonable and prudent measures to keep the cardholder’s personal data confidential and comply with the laws and privacy regulations and policies of the transferee’s location.
The Company and any transferee may disclose the cardholder’s personal data to third parties for the following reasons:
a. Provide services, products or conduct product publicity and promotion to cardholders;
b. Anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing;
c. Crime detection and fraud prevention;
d. Disclosure required by any law, court, regulatory agency, law enforcement agency or legal process of the United States or other overseas jurisdictions.
Data Access and Correction
Cardholders have the right to request access to the personal data held by the Company about the cardholders. The Company will process all requests for access and correction of data in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance. The Company may charge a reasonable fee in accordance with the Ordinance to complete individual data access requests. Requests for access and correction of data may be made to the Company’s Data Protection Officer
Cardholders agree that the Company and other related parties may contact the cardholder to provide relevant product and service information. If the cardholder does not wish to receive information about KINGS UNITED Promotional information, cardholders may contact the Company’s Data Protection Officer.

Account Cancellation
After the account is cancelled, all information in your account will be cleared. After submitting the cancellation application, the cancellation will be reviewed within 30 days. If you log in during the cancellation period, the cancellation will fail.
